I am working on a brilliant opportunity for an experienced lawyer to join the highly regarded Family department of a Legal 500 firm based in Warwickshire and take on a caseload based primarily on divorce and finance cases. My client are looking for a professional to focus on divorce and finance matters, and to play a key role in the expansion of the wider family department. The successful candidate will become a leading figure within the team and have the opportunity to demonstrate leadership skills with the intention of developing into a formal position of management / leadership in the not too distant future. The willingness and desire to assist junior employees in their own development, and play a role in business development and networking opportunities is crucial. A strong knowledge base specifically on divorce and separation, pre and post nuptial agreements, child arrangements and financial matters is likewise necessary. Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 Flexible working arrangements available
