Job Description

ELS Recruitment - Accounting Professionals, are pleased to be supporting a leading solutions provider who are one of the leaders in their field. The role of Finance Manager reports into the Group Financial Controller and takes responsibility for the management reporting, consolidations and preparation of statutory accounts for group companies, as well as working closely with the Group FC in order to deliver improvements in financial reporting, processes, procedures and policies. Main Responsibilities: Manage, prepare and review the Group Reporting and monthly management accounts Responsible for the month-end process including preparation, posting and review of journals, completing all balance sheet reconciliations and analysis of monthly movements Responsible for accurate reporting of accounts payable, accounts receivable, prepayments, accruals, fixed assets and other debtors and creditors Complete weekly and periodic management reports including detailed budget to actual variance analysis, Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Manage weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts ensuring the company's working capital are within agreed targets Ad-hoc analysis and projects to support the needs of the business Skills and experience: ACA/CIMA/ACCA Qualified Ideally practice trained and already working in industry in a Financial Accounting role Be able to demonstrate experience of working in a small team within a fast-paced environment. Strong management and leadership skills What’s on offer: A salary of £55,000 - £65,000 plus 25 days’ holiday, private health care, 10% bonus and a 35 hour working week
