Your new role Job Advertisement: CaretakerJob Role:Catering, Cleaning, and Site ManagementKey Priorities: Locking/unlocking and securing the school premises across the campus. Undertaking regular compliance inspections and audits across the estate via the school's dedicated software. Responding to reactive and planned maintenance tasks issued via the school's CAFM software and undertaking minor projects during non-term time. Daily management of the school's hydro swimming pools and plant (full training provided). Flexible approach to working hours and patterns with the ability to work within and contribute to the overall continual development of the estates team.
