Repairs Supervisor

Workman's Recruitment is collaborating with an established Social Housing Contractor renowned for 80 years of excellence in building maintenance and construction services across London and the Southeast of England. This role will primarily focus on projects in Northwest London. Our partner specializes in planned maintenance and retrofit projects, encompassing redecoration, cyclical maintenance, windows & doors, fire door installations, external painting, and flat roofing. Responsibilities: Supervise daily contract operations, fostering collaboration with clients, residents, DLO, and subcontractors. Ensure subcontractors adhere to contract KPIs, delivering timely, high-quality work. Conduct monthly team meetings for target reviews and improvement discussions. Lead regular toolbox talks, safe start meetings, and PPE checks. Perform pre and post-inspections, ensuring site quality and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Full UK Drivers License. SSSTS/SMSTS Certification. Experience in social housing. Strong grasp of Health and Safety regulations. Experience with Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) projects is highly desirable. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Company Package & Benefits: Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum.
