Taking inbound calls from high profile clients. Provide a customer-friendly service. Make accurate and detailed reports of each customer interaction. Manage workload the prioritise tasks appropriately. Liaise with clients, customers and engineers to maintain positive working relationships. Skills : Must have previous customer service experience or experience working as a receptionist in a professional setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Active listening skills.
