Here atEMIS, we are looking for 6 Deployment and Migration Coordinators to come and join our customer-driven, diligent, and collaborative team on a temporary basis. Working collaboratively within a dedicated team of 12 professionals, the Deployment and MigrationCoordinator plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional support services. You will guide the deployment and migration of innovative products and services across EMIS Health. By streamlining these processes, you will ensure that the healthcare professionals using our software can easily access essential information. This ultimately empowers them to provide improved, efficient, and cost-effective patient care. This role is crucial in transforming healthcare delivery and enhancing overall patient outcomes. What you will do You will deliver quality deployment and migration services for EMIS Health products. Other key responsibilities and accountabilities will include: Accurately record and document incidents in EMIS Health's CRM, following ITIL best practices. Diagnose and resolve incidents through the incident management process. Participate in ongoing projects, providing support and feedback during the project lifecycle. Identify and escalate trends, proposing appropriate solutions. Provide a high-quality service, logging and implementing service improvements. Offer technical support for ad hoc tasks, including writing and executing SQL scripts. At EMIS everyone makes an impact.
