Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to join our dynamic team in Edinburgh. This role requires expertise in Defined Benefit (DB) pension administration, including manual calculations and overseeing junior administrators' work. You will play a key role in managing monthly and annual processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining high service standards for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage monthly and annual pension processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Provide expert advice on pensions queries and legislative updates. Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams to deliver comprehensive client service. Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to their professional development. Person Specification Previous experience in DB pensions administration, including complex calculations. Strong understanding of current pensions legislation and frameworks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and IT skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to continuous professional development.
