Hourly rate: £13.85ph holiday pay Responsible for a variety of tasks, including: Maintenance requests: Responding to maintenance requests from residents and resolving issues promptly Routine inspections: Conducting regular inspections of communal areas and plant rooms Planned maintenance: Carrying out planned maintenance tasks in line with set programs Reactive maintenance: Responding to faults and providing immediate repairs Quality: Maintaining a high level of quality in the work completed If you have not heard back from a consultant within two weeks, your application has been unsuccessful at this time.
