Your responsibilities will include: Managing a varied portfolio of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies Overseeing accounts preparation, tax compliance, and advisory services Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as their key point of contact Providing strategic advice to clients to support their financial growth and success Mentoring and supporting junior team members to enhance their development Monitoring workflows to ensure deadlines are met and work is delivered to a high standard Identifying opportunities to provide additional services to clients About the Firm This Barnstaple-based accountancy practice is known for its dedication to client care and its supportive workplace culture.
