Our Manchester-based company is looking for a talented and driven professional to join our team on a 6-month temporary contract . With a competitive salary of £70,000 - £80,000 (pro rata) and flexible hybrid working options, this is a fantastic opportunity to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: As Treasury Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the company's treasury operations. Key duties include: Cash and Banking: Managing day-to-day cash and banking operations to ensure smooth transactions and operational efficiency. Cash Flow Forecasting: Preparing and maintaining accurate short- and long-term cash flow forecasts to support decision-making and strategic planning. Banking Relationships: Building and maintaining effective relationships with banking partners to ensure optimal service and support. Liquidity Management: Ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet the company's operational and financial obligations while optimising cash reserves. Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks, including FX and interest rate exposure. Treasury Reporting: Producing regular reports on cash positions, forecasts, and treasury performance for senior management. Process Improvement: Reviewing and improving treasury processes and controls to ensure efficiency and compliance. What We're Looking For: A Treasury Manager who can hit the ground running . You'll bring: Significant experience in a treasury role, ideally in a fast-moving and complex organisation. Expertise in cash and banking operations and cash flow forecasting . Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in treasury management systems and advanced Excel skills. A proactive approach with the ability to adapt quickly and work independently.
