English Teacher - Manchester Location: ManchesterSalary: £150-£250 per dayDuration: Long-term Are you an inspiring and dedicated English Teacher seeking a long-term role? We are looking for a talented educator to join a dynamic secondary school in Manchester from January until the end of the academic year.? The Role As an English Teacher, you will: Teach English Language and Literature across KS3 and KS4. Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons that spark a love for reading and writing. Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing tailored feedback to support their development. Create a positive classroom environment that encourages academic success and personal growth. Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards in teaching and learning. Requirements We are looking for a candidate who: Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent teaching qualification. Has experience teaching English at secondary level, including KS3 and KS4. Is passionate about English education and fostering a love for literature and communication. Has strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate learners. Is committed to raising student achievement and contributing to the wider school community.
