Working Hours Monday to Thursdays - 9am-5:30pm, Fridays 8:30am 5pm Saturdays (1 in 3) 9:30am 4pm (with an early finish at 2.30pm the following week) Package Basic Salary £24-28k DOE Commission Scheme Responsibilities Keep up to date with trends in the local residential property market Be a point of contact for ongoing client care Represent the vendors in negotiation with prospective buyers Liaise with customers and clients in a professional, polite and respectful manner fitting of the brand Handle daily buyer enquiries Carry out viewings with prospective purchasers Have a good understanding of the offer process Seek to build the sales business by using and developing contacts and creating new opportunities Maintain records, keeping in touch with buyers.
