Job Description - Learning Sr. Analyst (Operations) (2507029726W) This position reports into a Regional Operations Learning Director and is based at São José dos Campos/SP – Brazil. What You Will Do The Learning Sr. Analyst (Operations) is a dynamic role that will partner with the Global Operations Learning team to identify, plan, and implement end-to-end solutions that improve learning outcomes for Kenvue’s global Operations organization. The ideal candidate will apply adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and technology to create engaging and effective learning activities that drive organizational performance and impact. Key Responsibilities Instructional Design Partner with Regional Operations Learning Director to identify, plan, and implement end-to-end solutions that improve learning outcomes. Align learning materials with Kenvue’s strategy and operational needs. Contribute creative ideas to content development while managing multimedia resources. Learning Platforms Drive seamless delivery of global learning solutions integrating all learning tools across multiple technology platforms. Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to optimize content for Learning at Kenvue platforms. Maintain a high standard of content quality and relevancy. Develop and deliver tutorials and resources to educate users on effectively utilizing Learning platforms. Metrics, Data, and Reporting Support onboarding & off-boarding processes by managing compliance training. Drive insights and process improvements by leveraging data and metrics. Design, develop and distribute learning dashboards to measure effectiveness and ROI of training initiatives. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Related work experience. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Proficiency with MS Suite, including advanced PowerPoint skills. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Proficiency in English – advanced/fluent level is required. Strong organizational and project management skills. Familiarity with e-learning and blended learning approaches. Desired Qualifications Experience in Degreed, SAP SuccessFactors, and Articulate Rise. Experience working in Supply Chain learning or program support. Customer-centric mindset with customer-facing experience.
