PixelQue Software - Solution/Technical Architect - MEAN Stack

Key Responsibilities : - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and define system specifications. - Design and architect technology solutions that align with company objectives, ensuring scalability and performance. - Develop and communicate system requirements to software development teams, ensuring clarity and alignment. - Evaluate, select, and integrate appropriate software and hardware to meet project needs. - Plan and design the architecture for MEAN stack-based applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. - Oversee software development projects, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance to team members. - Solve technical challenges and provide solutions during the development lifecycle. - Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure while adhering to best practices. - Monitor system performance to ensure they meet user requirements and business goals. - Address technical concerns, incorporate feedback, and drive innovation in technology solutions. Required Skills and Experience : - Proven experience as a Solution/Technical Architect, preferably in a SaaS company. - Strong hands-on expertise in MEAN stack development (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js). - Extensive experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure architectures. - Solid understanding of strategic IT solutions and service-oriented architecture (SOA). - Proficiency in coding languages, including JavaScript and frameworks like Angular or React. - Familiarity with cloud technologies and platforms such as AWS, Azure, or VMware. - Deep knowledge of database management systems, including MySQL and MongoDB. - Strong understanding of operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and UNIX. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address technical challenges proactively. - Strong communication and organizational skills to lead cross-functional teams effectively. Preferred Skills : - Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. - Knowledge of data security and compliance standards. - Certification in relevant technologies or frameworks is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
