Senior Oracle Support Consultant - Oracle Retail Module

Job Description. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Support and Enhancements Consultant specializing in Oracle Retail Planning Applications, specifically MFP (Merchandise Financial Planning), A&IP (Assortment & Item Planning), and RDF (Retail Demand Forecasting). This role is critical for providing comprehensive support, implementing enhancements, and optimizing the functionalities of Oracle Retail Planning solutions. Skill / Qualifications. - Bachelor's degree in a related field. - 5 years of experience working with Oracle Retail Planning Applications (MFP, A&IP, RDF), with a solid background in support and enhancements. - Extensive experience in Oracle Retail Planning tools, data analysis, and reporting. - Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools is a plus. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying root causes and developing practical solutions. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Preferred Qualifications. - Oracle Retail Certification(s). - Experience with Agile project management methodologies. - Familiarity with cloud technologies and data integration tools. - Familiarity with machine learning applications in demand forecasting. Job Responsibilities Technical Support : - Provide expert-level support for Oracle Retail Planning Applications (MFP, A&IP, RDF), troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring timely resolution to minimize business disruption. Enhancements : - Lead and manage system enhancement initiatives, including requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation for Oracle Retail Planning Applications. Support to Updates. Configuration and Extension: Configure and extend Oracle Retail Planning tools to align with business requirements, ensuring best practices and compliance with retail standards. Data Management: Oversee data integrity and accuracy within the planning applications, collaborating with data teams to ensure alignment across systems. Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures, ensuring knowledge transfer within the organization.
