Early Years Practitioner Location: Slough Job Type: Full-time Start Date: January 2025 We are excited to offer an opportunity for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our vibrant team. Day-to-day of the role: Implement educational programs that stimulate learning and development in line with early years’ curriculum. Engage children in activities that encourage cognitive, social, and emotional growth. Monitor and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records of their development. Collaborate with other educational staff to plan and coordinate lessons. Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all children. Required Skills & Qualifications: You will have Early Years teacher status/Early Years professional status or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent, along with Maths and English qualifications and a commitment to safeguarding and ongoing professional development. Proven experience in early years education. Strong understanding of the developmental milestones of young children. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
