Key Responsibilities Investment Analysis & Execution: Conduct in-depth financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence for potential investment opportunities. Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics to identify high-growth sectors and attractive targets. Transaction Support: Support the execution of investment transactions, including preparing investment committee materials and participating in negotiations. Portfolio Management: Work with portfolio companies to monitor performance, implement value creation initiatives, and optimize exit strategies. Collaboration: Partner with senior investment professionals, external advisors, and management teams to drive deals forward. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-tier university, ideally in finance, economics, business, or a related field. Experience: 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or strategy consulting at a top-tier firm. Exposure to large-cap transactions is highly advantageous. Skillset: Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills. Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of private equity deal dynamics. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure. Language: Native-level German and fluent English are mandatory. Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Munich.
