Service Designer

Service Designer Initial 3-month contract 17th February start £500-550/d (Outside of IR35) UK based; remote-first with occasional office working in London Occasional travel within Europe required; suitable candidate must have valid passport and be able to travel Our client works at the intersection of Data, AI & Behavioural Science. They’re building a platform that will enable their clients to understand and predict human behaviour, empowering them to make informed decisions and ensure positive outcomes. With a prototype now developed, they’re ready to engage a Service Designer to work with their clients to ensure a research informed product roadmap and service proposition. Essential skills & experience: Significant commercial Service Design experience working with complex data driven products, and ideally within AI focused products Experienced in defining design research strategy and conducting a wide range of design research methods including interviews Expert in facilitating client stakeholder and user workshops Can produce complex journey maps and service blueprints Excellent communication skills Candidates must be UK based with right to work and must be willing to travel occasionally within Europe. Ideally candidates will be available to spend 1 day per week in our clients office in London.
