Performance Tester - Law firm

We are seeking a skilled Performance Tester to join our law firm's cloud migration programme. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing, cloud technologies, and experience working with legal applications. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive performance test plans for cloud-based legal applications. Design and implement test scenarios to assess system performance, scalability, and reliability. Create data-driven test automation scripts using tools like JMeter or LoadRunner Conduct load and stress testing to evaluate system behaviour under various conditions. Analyse performance metrics and provide detailed reports on test results. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks. Ensure optimal application performance during and after cloud migration. Validate response times, throughput, and resource utilization in the cloud environment. Qualifications Proven experience as a Performance Tester, preferably in a law firm or legal tech environment Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies and best practices Experience with cloud migration projects and related performance challenges. Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their performance monitoring tools. Understanding of network protocols and web technologies Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Required Skills Hands-on experience with performance testing tools and techniques Ability to create and execute data-driven test automation scripts. Strong SQL skills for database performance testing Experience with API and web services performance testing. Knowledge of performance monitoring and analysis tools Excellent communication skills for reporting findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to work independently and manage multiple testing priorities.
