Key Responsibilities: • Register and build rapport with potential sellers, buyers, tenants and landlords. • Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing feedback to all parties. • Negotiate offers between vendors and buyers, landlords and tenants. • Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and other estate agents. • Generate and book in viewings, valuations and other appointments. • Maintain accurate records of all activities. • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships. The Ideal Candidate: • Proven experience in a sales or lettings position, preferably in an estate agency or similar role within the property industry. • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • Excellent customer service skills with a client-focused approach. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. • Good organisational skills and attention to detail. • Knowledge of the local property market is an advantage. • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
