Objective of the Role The CRM Business Development Manager will manage customer processes, ensuring seamless experiences and effective coordination of internal operations. Key Responsibilities Data and CRM Management: Accurately manage customer data within the CRM system. Monitor and update records to ensure efficient workflows.
