Join Our Client's Team as a Client Services Team Manager Location: London, W1W Our client is looking for a Client Services Team Manager with a positive, growth mindset to lead their team. As a Client Services Team Manager, you will oversee the client services team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality administration across the full lifecycle of client acquisition and management. You will play a crucial role in maintaining client satisfaction and supporting the professional development of your team members. Skills and Experience You Need: Technical Competence: Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office is essential. Experience with financial platforms like CURO or Transact is a major advantage (training provided). Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and developing a team, with strong organisational and communication skills. Client Interaction: Confidence in talking to clients and handling their queries directly is crucial. You'll need to be well-organised and have excellent attention to detail. Ethics and Integrity: High standards of ethics and integrity are a must. You should be diligent and able to chase matters to completion. Desirable Experience: Prior experience in the financial advice profession or similar roles is beneficial. Progression in Certificate or Diploma in Financial Planning is desirable but not essential.
