Senior Interior Designer

The studio are looking to hire a Senior Designer who will play a key role in creating extraordinary interiors for high-end hospitality projects. Leading design efforts from concept through to completion, the Senior Designer will work closely with a talented team to deliver spaces that are both functional and visually stunning. The role involves managing multiple projects, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating with external partners to bring designs to life. Key Responsibilities Lead interior design projects from start to finish, ensuring each one meets client expectations and brand vision. Curate exceptional interior spaces with a focus on furniture, finishes, lighting, and artwork. Produce compelling 2D and 3D visuals to communicate design ideas clearly and creatively. Manage project coordination, including timelines, budgets, and communication with clients and consultants. Oversee the selection and presentation of furniture and finishes (FF&E) that align with design concepts. Provide support during the construction phase, reviewing drawings and responding to inquiries. Mentor and inspire junior designers, fostering collaboration and creativity within the team. Ensure designs meet all technical, regulatory, and sustainability requirements. To be considered: Equivalent to 10 years of experience, with a strong background in hospitality design and project management. Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools. Expertise in materials, finishes, furniture, and colour selection. Strong leadership abilities, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
