Solutions Architect - MS dynamics CRM

We are recruiting a MS Dynamics CRM Solutions Architect who will be responsible for consulting on Dynamics 365 CRM engagements including: developing the Solution Blueprint of Dynamics 365 CRM, implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing applications. Location: London with infrequent travel to customer locations Employment type: Full time What you will bring: Ability to create business solutions by applying your knowledge to solve problems in complicated industries like manufacturing, oil and gas, energy, and transportation Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) implementation experience (including guiding the design, configuration and testing of core Dynamics 365 CRM modules, and hands on configuration of the Dynamics 365 CRM application) Completion of 3 full lifecycle Dynamics 365 CRM implementations Ample experience directly managing software implementation projects; PMP certification is a plus. Experience with marketing, sales, and customer service operations and strategies Proven experience in consulting, business analysis, implementation, or product support in CRM systems Microsoft CRM Integration and/or Scribe Integration Tools experience a plus Excellent time management and organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills, work well in teams, and instill customer confidence Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience; MBA is a plus Desired Qualifications, but not mandatory: Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications preferred Exposure to Microsoft Sure Step Methodology, certification preferred.
