Lead Concept Artist

We are looking for an experienced Concept Artist to join an exciting new studio working on their first IP. You will be joining a team with very experienced and talented people as the sole Concept Artist and working closely with the Art Director. Responsibilities: Develop high-quality, realistic concept art for characters, environments, and props. Collaborate with the Art Director and art teams to align with the artistic vision. Ensure designs are appropriate and in line with art direction. Take ownership of concept creation across various project stages. Essential Skills: Proven experience as a Concept Artist in games or related industries. A strong portfolio showcasing realistic and grounded art across characters, props, and environments. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a team-oriented environment. Passion for creating immersive and visually stunning game worlds.
