We run end-to-end campaigns across influencer marketing, paid and organic social, research, creative, and production, proudly powered by people ️ Role Overview: We’re seeking a dynamic and creative Senior Account Executive - Organic Social to join our growing team. Based in or around London, you will be a TikTok-native content creator who lives and breathes social media trends. Your role will involve creating compelling TikTok and Instagram content for our clients, managing and nurturing relationships with our UGC creators, and ensuring we stay ahead in the ever-evolving social media landscape. Clients: As a Senior Account Executive - Organic Social, you will work on an exciting portfolio of clients based in the UK and the USA. These include drink brands, wellness clients, food and travel brands, offering a diverse and dynamic range of projects to inspire your creativity. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Develop and execute creative concepts for TikTok and Instagram content. Plan, shoot, edit, and optimise short-form videos tailored to each platform’s strengths. Stay on top of trending sounds and formats to ensure content is fresh and engaging. UGC Creator Management: Identify, onboard, and manage UGC creators who align with our clients' brands. Brief creators on campaign requirements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content. Build strong relationships with creators, acting as their main point of contact. Social Media Strategy: Work collaboratively with the strategy team to align content with overarching campaign objectives. Contribute ideas for organic growth strategies and engagement tactics. Copywriting: Write engaging and impactful copy for TikTok and Instagram captions, posts, and stories. Ensure all copy aligns with the client’s tone of voice and brand guidelines. Craft compelling call-to-actions (CTAs) to drive engagement and conversions. Collaborate with designers and creators to ensure copy complements visual content. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse performance metrics for content and campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations for optimising future content. Client Collaboration: Work closely with the social account manager to ensure client expectations are exceeded. Present ideas and content plans to clients in a professional and confident manner. Requirements: A TikTok native with an in-depth understanding of the platform’s culture, trends, and algorithms. Proven experience creating TikTok and Instagram content, with a portfolio to showcase. Strong video editing skills using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software. Experience managing relationships with UGC creators or influencers. Passion for social media and a keen eye for emerging trends. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Based in or around London, with the ability to travel for shoots and client meetings. Nice-to-Haves: Experience working in a creative or social media agency. Knowledge of paid social strategies and tools. Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
