Sales Enablement Lead – Global Data Provider – London Salary up to £90K - Plus Bonus Are you an accomplished Sales Enablement Lead with a knack for developing and delivering comprehensive sales enablement content across three core pillars: Product Knowledge, Sales Skills and Methodology, and Sales Process. DNA Recruit is working with a global data provider specializing in digital information, intelligence and analytics within their markets. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate meetings to define training objectives aligned with the company’s strategic goals, ensuring the sales team is equipped with the latest insights and product knowledge Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and HR, to align training initiatives with business objectives and product updates Create and curate engaging training materials that cover the combined product offerings, including data solutions and analytics tools Design and implement a structured 30/60/90 day onboarding programme for new sellers, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products, market positioning, and customer needs Train the sales team on effective strategies for engaging and closing deals with distinct customer cohorts, ensuring alignment with their unique needs and pain points Collaborate with Commercial leadership to develop training programs for sales coaches, enhancing their ability to mentor and support their teams effectively. Oversee the management and optimization of the sales enablement technology stack Define and agree on success metrics and KPIs with business owners to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives Skills Required: 3 years of experience in sales enablement, training, or a related role, preferably in SaaS sales. Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices. Proven experience collaborating with SMEs and business stakeholders to develop training content and initiatives. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences. Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and adapt strategies accordingly. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
