You must be able to coach and motivate the team to exceed sales and financial targets. You will have a proven record of delivering excellent customer service Main Duties Exceed the monthly financial net profit target Ensure your team deliver outstanding customer experience Managing 5 or 6 service managers within our group of 11 dealerships. Controlling the diary of your Group Support Service Manager Liaising with our other Group Service Manager to ensure we achieve our objectives as a team. Working closely with the Aftersales Director. Develop and coach your team.
