We're seeking a dedicated individual to lead our team of Senior Social Workers and Social Workers in delivering statutory and legislative duties to promote the welfare of vulnerable children and young people in Slough. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Senior Social Workers and Social Workers in delivering high-quality services to children and families. Foster a supportive and collaborative working environment to effectively manage risk and ensure the well-being of children. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and promote best practices in children's social work. Requirements: Social Work England registered social worker with a professional social work qualification. Substantial post-qualification experience in children and families social work.
