Head of Business Partnering

This role as a Head of Business Partnering involves leading a dedicated team within the Accounting & Finance department of a prominent Not For Profit organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the financial strategy and providing crucial business insights. Description Lead and manage a dedicated finance team Focused management and development of the Finance Business Partners and working closely with senior stakeholders Develop and implement financial strategy aligned with the organisation's goals. Provide crucial business insights and financial advice to stakeholders. Manage budget planning and control processes. Drive business performance and financial efficiency. Development of current ERP system Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and financial regulations. Develop strong relationships with key internal and external partners. Contribute to the wider strategic direction of the organisation. Profile The successful Head of Business Partnering should have: Qualified accountant Proven experience in a similar senior finance role Must have Not For Profit sector experience Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a dedicated team. Strong financial skills Ability to drive change Experience of developing IT systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strategic mindset with the ability to drive financial strategy and provide business insights. Job Offer £375 - £425 a day The opportunity to lead a established finance team within a globally recognised Not For Profit organisation. A supportive and inclusive work environment.
