Description As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll manage commercial and financial aspects of large-scale refurbishment and new build projects , ensuring they're delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. Projects include: Social housing refurbishments - improving existing homes to meet modern living standards SHDF works - delivering energy-efficient solutions to reduce carbon footprints New build developments - creating high-quality, affordable housing for communities You'll balance time between the office, home, and on-site to keep projects running smoothly. Profile We're seeking a proactive and commercially minded Quantity Surveyor with experience in social housing or refurbishment projects.
