You make it possible As the team is currently growing, you combine strategic leadership with a hands-on approach. You are results-driven and leverage your network to establish long-term collaborations. Currently, the team consists of two Area Sales Managers, and we plan to expand it as soon as possible by adding two additional Area Sales Managers in the Midlands and South. Additionally, you excel at guiding change processes and play a pivotal role in achieving our ambition to double our order intake within three years. Your key responsibilities include: Expanding and coaching the sales team in client relationship management and business development. Building and maintaining relationships with Tier 1 contractors, architects, and developers. Ensuring a consistent focus on equipment sales in alignment with our strategic objectives. You are an experienced sales professional with a strong network in the construction sector and a proven track record in equipment sales. You manage long sales cycles and work with decision-makers and end clients in complex sales processes. You want to play a key role in transforming a product-oriented organization into a customer-focused one. What you bring: A strong affinity for leading change processes and driving cultural transformation within organizations. Outstanding networking skills and experience with decision-makers and end clients. Specific expertise in equipment sales within a technical or construction context. What you can expect from us Salary of £80,000 - £90,000 gross per year. Commission scheme. 35-hour work week. 25 vacation days per year including 3 days during the Christmas period plus national holidays. Option to purchase up to 5 additional vacation days per year. Extra leave for special occasions. Hybrid working possible after completing the probationary period. Lease budget of approximately £800 per month for a petrol, hybrid, or fully electric car. The latest version of the iPhone to support your work. Full salary payment for 8 weeks and 50% payment for an additional 8 weeks after completing the probationary period, in case of illness.
