Job Title: Maintenance Operative Location: Oxford - Student Accommodation Job Type: Full-Time Salary: £32,000 Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 - 17:30 Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for keeping things in top shape? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join as an On-Site Maintenance tech for a very well known student accommodation company. Responsibilities: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of facilities and equipment on-site. Perform repairs, troubleshoot issues, and handle emergency situations promptly and efficiently. To assist with minor plumbing and electrical matters Provide first class customer service to residents Ensuring communal areas and available apartments are well presented and appealing to prospective tenants at all time undertaking minor maintenance tasks, using basic tools and painting and decorating. Requirements: Proven experience as a maintenance operative or a similar role, preferably in a residential setting Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Good communication and teamwork skills. Why Join?
