Teaching Assistant

We have a huge demand for Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants within Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas who require full time Teaching Assistants to work within various primary year groups. Roles include both general classroom support as well as 1:1 positions. Do you have experience working with primary aged children? Are you looking for work in term time only? Please note that a Teaching Assistant or childcare qualifcation isn't necessary however previous experience working with primary aged children within an education setting is compulsory The requirements: As the successful Teaching Assistant you will need to; Have a Level 2/Level 3 NVQ or a minimum of 6 months experience in working within an education setting as a Teaching Assistant or Nursery Nurse Be engaging and flexible as needed Able to deal with challenging behaviour Have a patient, creative approach Have experience working with SEND needs Be able to use your own initiative as well as being able to work as part of a team Undertake a full registration interview including DBS and reference checks What can we offer you?
