Site Manager Groundworks

About the Role: As a Site Manager/Agent, you'll be overseeing on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time. You'll work closely with the rest of the team, including Contracts Managers What You'll Do: Manage on-site works, keeping them on track with commercial goals. Ensure all work complies with specifications and standards. Assist Project Managers with documentation, risk assessments, and SHEQ plans. Lead daily briefings and keep everyone informed. Support your team by ensuring they have the resources and tools they need. Troubleshoot and resolve issues to avoid delays. Ensure all inspections and tests are completed correctly. Work closely with the team to ensure resources are well-managed. Maintain a safe work environment with regular safety checks. Take charge of temporary works and excavation safety on-site. What We're Looking For: Experience working on civil engineering projects. Strong communication skills for working with clients, third parties, and the site team. A recognized site safety management course and a CSCS Managers card. Will need valid first aid certificate A commitment to safety, quality, and environmental protection. Problem-solving skills and the ability to challenge designs where necessary. A drive for personal growth and continuous improvement.
