Who You Are You are a dedicated individual with an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and ready for immediate start. You have an Enhanced DBS Clearance suitable for working with adults and are committed to registering with Social Care Wales upon joining. Flexibility in working various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and Bank Holidays, across Cardiff is essential. What the Job Involves This temporary position with the Reablement and Community Resource Team is for a period of three months over the winter, with hours ranging from 18 to 37 per week. As a Home Carer, you will be part of a team addressing high demand, providing essential care services to adults across Cardiff. Successful candidates will be expected to adapt to various rotas and contribute to the service's commitment to quality care.
