Teaching Assistant

To be successful in the role, you will need: To be a keen individual with a passion for working with and inspiring young people with additional needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bags of patience and a laid-back approach to understanding individual student behaviours Creativity The ability to adjust and adapt, in order to meet the everchanging needs of individual pupils Minimum of GCSE Maths and English to Grade C or Equivalent Level 2 Functional Skills Working hours will be Monday to Friday, from 08.30 to 16.00. Please note, this is a temporary to permanent role and you will have the opportunity to move onto a permanent contract following a successful introductory period at the school with Reed Education.
