Job Purpose Managing a varied portfolio of clients, overseeing workflow, deadlines, and budgets Overseeing the smooth-running of the team, reviewing work, delivering training and providing feedback Planning and undertaking assignments, striving to deliver service excellence Monitoring team performance and tracking targets Closely monitoring deadlines and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations Using computer software such as IRIS, Sage, Xero and Quickbooks Contributing to the firm’s growth by retaining existing clients and building relationships with prospective clients Building trusted and long-lasting client relationships, proactively handing queries Reviewing processes and implementing more efficient ways of service delivery Setting an example to junior staff as a hands-on Manager About the Firm This fast-growing, forward-thinking accountancy firm based in Colchester provides a full range of first-class financial services.
