About the Role: One of numi's core partners are looking for an IT Support Agent, providing 1st and 2nd line support across a range of digital platforms. You’ll work directly with clients and internal teams, ensuring a top-notch user experience as we continue to scale What You’ll Be Doing: Delivering remote support via phone, email, and video channels Troubleshooting customer issues, logging tickets, and following them through to resolution. Collaborating with internal teams to solve platform-related issues and document defects. Assisting the Operations Manager with reporting and managing shared inboxes. Supporting client demos and communicating software updates to use What You Bring: Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. Experience in IT support or customer service (e-commerce experience is a bonus). A proactive, can-do attitude, especially when handling challenges. Ability to multitask and work effectively under time constraints. Analytical skills and a desire to learn and grow within the role. What’s On Offer Competitive salary up to £35,000 bonus scheme.
