Commercial Lawyer, Financial services firm (Only 1 day a week in the office)

The Client: A fast growing insurance firm are looking for a 2 PQE commercial lawyer to join their legal team. Working autonomously, you will be responsible for a range of legal matters across the business. You will only be required max 1 day a week in the office, they can only also offer a near remote role if necessary. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including partnership agreements, supplier agreements. vendor contracts, and customer terms and conditions. Provide assistance with maintaining the legal precedent bank; and assist with providing training to the business on new and ongoing legal and compliance issues Provide support to the business on the onboarding of new clients Working in multidisciplinary teams across various departments, including product development, marketing, and human resources, ensuring that all business activities comply with applicable laws and regulations. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be a 2 PQE Commercial lawyer, preferably with experience in a law firm, or financial services firm. Experience in the insurance will be plus but not a strict requirement Excellent contract negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
