Job Description

I am recruiting for an Accounts Assistant on a temporary basis for a role based in Worcester. The role will last around 4 weeks to clear a backlog of work. Duties incude: - Checking the purchase order is made out correctly and covers the value of the goods ordered - Check that the order isn't a duplicate - Check the delivery address is completed and accurate - Liaise with the supplier or Shop team when there is an issue with a purchase order - Dealing with all other emails e.g. invoice copies, remittances, finance queries - Liaise with the finance team on orders, dispatch dates and queries This is an office based role with office hours of Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with 1 hour lunch.
