You’ll be a key part of the firm's charity practice who advise well-known high-profile national and local clients on a broad range of charity matters including: Start-up’s and registrations Trustee duties and responsibilities Governance matters Strategic issues Mergers Serious Incident reports You’ll have the freedom to draw on and have use of the immense capabilities, support and market leading sector strengths and reputation of this award-winning law firm. With significant experience acting for charity clients you'll thrive working in a highly professional, collaborative and progressive environment. Enthusiasm, energy and a desire to help be part of building a leading charity team. You might be at Managing Associate / Legal Director level looking for career progression or an existing partner. Either way you’ll be wanting a fresh challenge and one where you can add real value as you help our client to achieve its vision.
