Senior Legal Counsel Kent I have recently partnered with a highly reputable firm looking to expand their in-house legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with proven experience working as part of an in-house team to advise on all legal matters relating to the business and it's operations. Responsibilities: Dealing with a vast range of legal matters including Corporate, Commercial, Regulatory IP/Data Protection, ESG, Litigation, Corporate Governance, Employment and Tax Providing legal support on new business initiatives Working closely with all business areas such as IT, Finance, HR, Operations and Marketing on legal issues Working with external legal counsel where required Essential Skills and Experience: 6 years PQE Experience working as part of an in-house legal team Proven experience working across multiple practice areas as highlighted above Experience working both nationally and internationally Package: Highly competitive salary available upon request 28 days holiday Private medical insurance Life assurance Hybrid working arrangements If this if of interest, please apply for immediate consideration.
