What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally in the retail or commercial sectors. A background with a contractor, fit-out company, developer, or consultancy . Proficiency in using ConQuest is essential. Strong knowledge of construction contracts and commercial management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
