This role offers the chance to transform complex concepts into visually engaging dashboards and data-rich visualisations, pushing the boundaries of design in the software space. Salary: £75,000 Location: Bristol (2-3 days in the office) Responsibilities: Take ownership of the visual design process, crafting high-quality dashboards, infographics, and data visualisations that bring complex financial data to life. Collaborate with international cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and excellence across the visual design system. Push creative boundaries by integrating Generative AI into your work, delivering fresh, innovative solutions for B2B software. Develop concepts that align with foundational UX wireframes while advancing the design system with dynamic, user-focused visuals. Requirements: Proven experience in B2B software design, with a focus on complex, data-heavy products and dashboards. Exceptional visual design skills, with a portfolio showcasing dynamic, engaging solutions for task management or payroll systems. Experience working in a collaborative, international environment, adept at navigating cross-regional workflows. Proficiency in design tools and a forward-thinking approach to integrating AI into design workflows. This role is pivotal to supporting a team and making a huge impact across the payroll industry.
