About the Role This role involves working as part of a highly skilled engineering team, dedicated to developing wide bandgap semiconductor technologies and advancing the next generation of power device products. Key Responsibilities As a senior engineer in Semiconductor Process Design and Integration, you will: Create and simulate process flows for the fabrication of advanced SiC Power MOSFETs. Design PCM/TEG structures to monitor and evaluate process performance. Define specifications for individual process steps and collaborate closely with the fab team to implement them. Conduct electrical characterizations of SiC power devices and related PCM/TEG structures. Extract key device parameters (e.g., gate oxide thickness, charge density, channel mobility) through detailed data analysis. Plan and execute process experiments to optimize yield and expand process capabilities. What You’ll Bring to the Role We’re looking for a candidate with: A PhD or Master’s degree in semiconductor device or material physics. At least 2 years of experience in power semiconductor development. Strong project leadership skills, including experience with process integration, simulation, and characterization. Expertise in TCAD simulation for wide bandgap semiconductors, along with tools such as MATLAB or MathCAD for data analysis. Knowledge of semiconductor materials and their applications in power device technologies.
