This specific opportunity is based in their office near Wolverhampton, focusing on high-rise new build and refurbishment of residential and student accommodation buildings across the West Midlands. Typical projects include re-cladding, fire-stopping, and safety improvements. Projects often involve high-risk high-rise buildings above 6 storeys tall. The Role The Senior Design Manager will oversee multiple projects within the building safety and fire remediation portfolio, ensuring high standards of design delivery and compliance with building safety regulations.
