Responsibilities Engaging with high-net-worth clients both over the phone and face-to-face in a friendly and professional manner Preparing detailed financial plans addressing clients’ needs, including shortfall analysis, wealth management, and contingency planning Compiling and analysing client information to support meeting preparation and advice delivery Ensuring client records are up-to-date on CRM systems and platforms in compliance with regulatory guidelines Producing accurate and comprehensive analysis, client reports, and suitability letters for Advisor sign-off Managing investment and protection applications from submission to successful completion Reviewing and improving internal processes to enhance efficiency and client experience Keeping up to date with current legislation, regulatory changes, and FCA procedures Requirements Proven experience as a Paraplanner in a financial planning team Chartered Financial Planner status or similar qualifications Strong analytical and numerical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanour Familiarity with financial planning software and CRM systems UK License and own transport required and living within an hour's drive of Newbury, Berkshire
