Infrastructure Engineer – ( AWS, Terraform, Azure Cloud ) 60,000-65,000 - Bristol Full-Time (Hybrid) Job Overview Our client is actively seeking a motivated and highly skilled Cloud-Based Infrastructure Consultant to lead, manage, and optimise their cloud-based infrastructure system s (AWS technology, including Terraform ). In this role, you will be a senior member of the Support Team who oversee the design, deployment and maintenance of cloud environments, ensuring security for the 500 users across several offices in the South-West of England. This role is designed to allow you to grow in the role to a more senior level with the support of their superior, Head of IT Support. Preferred skillset includes experience with: Cloud Platform Management (Azure) Proven track record of Cloud Migration Projects Certifications, including M365 Administrator Strong knowledge and proficiency of virtualisation technologi es (VMware, Hyper-V) Microsoft Intune/endpoint management solutions Active Directory Linux Database and Server Management a minimum of 3 years practical experience in an Infrastructure Support capacity is required Key Responsibilities: Overseeing the management and upkeep of network and security systems. Tracking and enhancing system performance. Supervising backup procedures and disaster recovery plans. Ensuring detailed documentation of systems and procedures is maintained. Working closely with leadership to align IT infrastructure with strategic objectives and budget goals. Offering direction and assistance to IT operations staff, including 2nd and 3rd line support, for effective problem resolution. Providing temporary support or coverage for IT team members during absences or urgent situations. About you The company culture at our client’s company is key.
