CAD Technician

JOB- CAD Technician LOCATION- Dartford TERM- Permanent SALARY- £30,000 to £40,000 per annum (plus benefits) Premier Engineering is recruiting for a skilled CAD Technician to join a well-established engineering company in Dartford. This role involves producing detailed 2D and 3D drawings for a variety of engineering and construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications. The CAD Technician will ideally have the following attributes: A qualification in Engineering, CAD Design, or a related discipline Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Revit Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work Experience in creating technical drawings for structural, mechanical, or civil engineering projects Good understanding of relevant standards and regulations Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines The CAD Technician role will involve: Preparing detailed 2D and 3D drawings and models for engineering projects Collaborating with engineers and project managers to ensure designs meet requirements Modifying existing designs and creating new ones based on project specifications Maintaining drawing records and ensuring proper document control Assisting in the preparation of technical documentation and reports Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices Supporting the development and improvement of CAD standards and workflows If you are an experienced CAD Technician looking for an exciting role with opportunities for growth, please apply with an up-to-date CV as soon as possible, including your availability and salary expectations.
